Directors Duties & Liabilities; Progress or Regression? [in-person seminar]
Our “boardroomᵂᴹᴴ⁺” practice group recently held an in-person seminar where our joint managing director Mr Mark Lee spoke on the topic of directors’ duties/liabilities in Singapore. The session was an accredited event by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
We are most grateful for the interests in the session and equally for the lively Q&A session that followed. Consisting of both legal practitioners, in-house counsel and business owners / leaders, the audience’s participation brought to life a mix of many interesting perspectives from both a legal and practical perspective.
With more events lined up for 2026, we look forward to meeting everyone again at future events!
